Most orders will be received by the customer within 5-7 working days of placing the order. Please allow longer for country areas and international orders. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. You will also be notified of any other delays beyond 10 days after placing your order.

Additional charges for shipping outside of Australia
All uo.com.au prices are quoted in Australian dollars, and for international customers your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.

Postage & Delivery

Within Australia
Freight rate - A flat rate of AU $10.00 applies to all orders made through our website.

We deliver by Australia Post and a signature is required on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, an Australia Post parcel pick-up card will be left for you to collect your order from your nearest Post Office at your earliest convenience. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Sorry no C.O.D.

To New Zealand
Freight rate - A flat rate of $20 applies to all orders made through our website.

We deliver via Airmail, and your signature is required on delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address if more convenient. We deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 5- 10 working days for delivery. Sorry no C.O.D's.

International
All orders shipped outside of Australia and New Zealand will be charged a flat rate of $AU40. We will advise of shipping cost via email to you prior to charging your credit card. All orders will be shipped via Airmail.

Please allow between 7 to 20 working days for delivery. We deliver via Air Mail. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. Sorry no C.O.D's or P.O. Boxes. All prices are in Australian dollars. Please note: orders shipped to international regions may be charged taxes and duties by your own country and are your responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note we unable to accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.

To return an item simply return with original packaging and please indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of order date - unused. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your membership for future purchases if chosen.

If you would like to exchange colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements, and include balance of payment in form of cheque, money order or credit card details) along with $10 for re-delivery within Australia and New Zealand (credit cards only). If possible please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. For overseas exchanges cost will be at original freight charge. Please do not re-use our courier bag.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

All refunds can be held in credit against your membership for future purchases if requested. You may request a refund cheque for the amount owing at any time by calling customer service on 02 9938 3874

Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time. We will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. Al orders are subject to availability of stock, and we reserve the right to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
