exclusive property of Urban Originals. The elements of this web have been designed with the purpose of
offering for sale the products identified with the trademarks URBAN ORIGINALS, ARM CANDY or SATELLITE THREE.
Reproduction, publishing, transfer, changes or distribution by any means of the elements of this web site is forbidden.
Conditions of Sale
We have made an effort to show the colour of products as close as possible to the actual item.
However the colours that appear on the screen can vary in accordance with the quality of your computer
monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your monitor are exactly like the real colours.
Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the date indicated or until the end of that item, whichever occurs first.
Warranty Policy
The Urban Originals Warranty covers all authentic Urban Originals products for material and manufacturing defects only.
- Our limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship for three months from the date of purchase. A valid sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
- For all warranty related services please return the item to the place of purchase. The store will then forward the product to Urban Originals. Once your product is inspected and a defect is found due to manufacturer's workmanship, we will replace your product with the same style, or if this is not possible we will authorise a refund.
- This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid receipt is not included.
Only products sold through authorized Urban Originals dealers are subject to the terms of the warranty.
Shopping Procedures
- To buy an item, select it and add it to your shopping bag by clicking add to bag.
- Your shopping bag will contain the reference of the item selected, name, size, colour and
price (GST included) in Australian Dollars. The GST applicable is the GST rate in Australia (10%).
WARNING: The price does not include postage costs for international orders, because rates vary depending on the destination. See shipping information for details. Fill in all your personal details in the order form. They will be transferred to our database in order to process the order. - Before your order is actually processed, you will get a summary of the items you wish to purchase, total price (GST and postage included) and postage details. To confirm the order, please click the "Accept Purchase" button.
- Purchases can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Bank Card). Other forms of payment are cheque and money order mailed in to our head office.
- When the transaction is confirmed, the order number is communicated throughout the web site to enable tracking of the order at all times.
- An e-mail message will also be sent with a description of the order and the personal data submitted.
Failure to receive this message can be due to a temporary communication problem in the network or to a spelling
mistake in the e-mail address. In both cases, you are advised to contact Customer Service.
Urban Originals Shop does not permit the purchase of items for resale. Customers wishing to be a stockist of Urban Originals products must contact Customer Service, where they will be informed of the options available to buy higher quantities.
